Frankfurt am Main, 26 January 2022 – The internationally operating real estate service provider MVGM has been commissioned with the centre management for Lili in Wiesbaden. The mixed-use asset in the Hessian capital has a total area of around 37,000 sqm and has been owned by a fund sponsored by Orion Capital Managers since the end of 2014. The former Lilien-Carré, which has been named Lili since 2019, also has around 1,000 parking spaces in the centre’s own underground car park.
The mixed-use property, which opened in 2004, is located directly next to Wiesbaden’s main railway station and houses a Motel One with 5,700 m², an office building with 3,200 m² and a shopping centre geared towards local supply. Among the 33 shops spread over two levels are well-known names such as REWE, Aldi, Rossmann, and Starbucks, as well as a wide range of gastronomic offerings.
Dirk Tönges, Managing Director of MVGM Germany, says about the new mandate in Wiesbaden: “We are pleased that we were able to convince Orion as owner and 4 More as asset manager of the mixed-use property of our centre management services. The Lili in Wiesbaden is one of the best-known commercial properties in the Hessian capital and therefore a great reference property for MVGM.”
