Leverkusen: Luminaden shopping centre to remain under MVGM management

Leverkusen-Wiesdorf/Mannheim, 20 December 2021: The internationally operating real estate service provider MVGM will continue to manage the Luminaden shopping centre in Leverkusen-Wiesdorf for a further five years. The centre has a total lettable area of around 27,500 m² and is a centre of attraction in the region with 65 commercial units as well as 137 residential units and 600 car parking spaces. MVGM has been commissioned as WEG manager until 2026.
MVGM has been managing the commercial and technical aspects of the complex, which dates back to 1972 and is located in the heart of Leverkusen’s city centre, for ten years now and has its own project office in the Luminaden on Wiesdorfer Platz.
“We are pleased that our reliable management work continues to meet with the approval of the owners’ association. The property has a complex WEG structure – all the more reason for us to score points here with our experience,” says Andreas Flechtner, member of the MVGM Management Board for the housing sector.
Dirk Tönges, Managing Director of MVGM in Germany, adds: “The Luminaden in Leverkusen is one of our largest condominium associations in our portfolio and a good example of MVGM’s broad positioning in property management in Germany. With our now 15 locations and various project offices, we serve all asset classes nationwide, in addition to commercial and residential, also WEG.”
